distribution/uses of FTA 5311 Funds for the next three years.
D. HUMBOLDT COMMUNITY
ACCESS AND RESOURCE (HCAR) DIAL-A-RIDE/DIAL-A-LIFT (DAR/L) FUTURE FUNDING
Background: Committee will discuss
future funding mechanisms for HCAR operating assistance.
