4. CONSULTANT SELECTION; BLUEPRINT PLANNING PROJECT
(Mtg Distribution)
Background: The
TAC will receive a recommendation from Review Committee to select a consultant
for the Blueprint Planning Project.
5. HUMBOLDT COUNTY 2010 REGIONAL TRANSPORTATION
IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (RTIP)/STATE TRANSPORTATION IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (STIP) (Encl)
Background: The
TAC will discuss project targets for Transportation Enhancement (TE) activities
for the 2010 RTIP/STIP cycle and carryover estimated at $1.019M for
regional transportation improvements.
6. TRANSPORTATION LEGISLATION, PLANNING AND PROGRAMMING (Staff)
Background: This
agenda item details a monthly staff update on transportation legislation,
planning developments and actions regarding the Federal stimulus package, State
Budget issues, the California Transportation Commission and project delivery
issues.
