4. EUREKA-ARCATA U.S. 101 CORRIDOR
ALTERNATIVE 3.A UPDATE
Background: Caltrans
Project Manager Kim Floyd will provide the Committee with an update on the
Eureka-Arcata U.S. 101 Corridor Alternative 3A.
5. HUMBOLDT COUNTY 2010 REGIONAL TRANSPORTATION
IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (RTIP) (DRAFT) (Encl)
Background:
The TAC will consider for approval and recommendation to the HCAOG
Board, the Draft 2010 RTIP programming $1.019M for regional
transportation improvements, as well as incorporating previously approved 2008
RTIP amendments.
6. HCAOG CITIZENS ADVISORY COMMITTEE (CAC) MEMBERSHIP
(Encl)
Background: The TAC
will review for recommendation to the HCAOG Board, CAC candidates generated
from county-wide solicitation processes.
7. TRANSPORTATION LEGISLATION, PLANNING AND PROGRAMMING (Staff)
Background: This
agenda item details a monthly staff update on transportation legislation,
planning developments and actions by the California Transportation Commission,
project delivery issues.

Background: The
TAC will elect a Chair and Vice-Chair for calendar year 2010.
