Planwest Partners Consultant Tiffany
Wilson provided information and scheduled dates for upcoming Public Worskshops
for the Regional Trails Master Plan.
4. EUREKA-ARCATA U.S. 101 CORRIDOR
ALTERNATIVE UPDATE
Per Caltrans Project
Manager, this agenda item rescheduled for the January 2010 meeting.
5. HUMBOLDT COUNTY 2010 STATE
TRANSPORTATION IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (STIP)
Staff provided
Draft 2010 RTIP/STIP noting it would be brought back to Committee
for finalization
through the January cycle.

LEGISLATION, PLANNING AND PROGRAMMING - None
7. ADMINISTRATIVE
ITEMS
Staff provided information regarding Blueprint
Planning, noting Special HCAOG meeting had been scheduled to consider a
recommendation to disallow a letter of protest from the competing firm of
Community Design and Architecture (CD+A).

ITEMS
A. ANNIE AND MARY TRAIL UPDATE
Staff provided information regarding
Annie and Mary Trail development, noting Charles Montange an attorney from
Seattle Washington with railbanking experience would be contact with the
NCRA.
