4. S.R. 299 BUCKHORN GRADE
PRESENTATION/REQUEST FOR USE OF HIGH PRIORITY
PROJECTS (HPP) FUNDS (Encl)
Background: TAC will receive a presentation from
Caltrans District 2, Project Manager seeking endorsement for use of HPP
Funds used to reduce congestion and boost economies
through safer access to the coast by realigning Highway 299 between Trinity and Shasta Counties.
5. BLUEPRINT PLANNING UPDATE
Background:
George Williamson, Planwest Partners, will provide update regarding
status of the Blueprint Planning effort.
6. HUMBOLDT COUNTY 2010 REGIONAL TRANSPORTATION
IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (RTIP) AMENDMENT (Encl)
Background:
The
TAC will consider for recommendation to the HCAOG Board approval of 2010 RTIP amendment to reprogram
transportation improvement projects in the amount of $6M.
7. TRANSPORTATION LEGISLATION, PLANNING AND PROGRAMMING (Staff)
Background: This
agenda item details a monthly staff update on transportation legislation,
planning developments and actions by the California Transportation Commission,
project delivery issues.
