Invitation: The Humboldt County Association of Governments (HCAOG), in its duties as the Regional Transportation Planning Agency, is inviting interested parties to submit proposals for providing services to complete a Five-Year Transit Development Plan for the regional transit network.
HCAOG would like to retain the professional services of a qualified firm, or combination of firms, to assist in reviewing public transit services, assessing the efficiency and effectiveness of the services, and crafting short-term measures for improving delivery of transit services for the region.
