a. Week Without Driving Walk Audit Report
The TAC will receive a presentation from Colin Fiske, Executive Director of the Coalition for Responsible Transportation Priorities (CRTP), on the walk audits done during the Week Without Driving. CRTP, HCAOG, Tri-Counties Independent Living, and Humboldt Transit Authority co-sponsored the 2024 Week Without Driving.

a. Rio Dell Local Match Contingency Fund Request
The TAC will consider recommending that the HCAOG Board approve funding for the Rio Dell Traffic/Circulation Study in the amount of $7,250 from the local match contingency fund.
b. Draft FY 2024-25 OWP and Budget Amendment #2
The TAC will consider recommending that the HCAOG Board approve the FY 24-25 Overall Work Program Amendment #2.

8. Discussion Items
a. Prioritization of Projects
The TAC will discuss and provide direction on forming an ad-hoc committee to consider prioritizing projects for inclusion in the Regional Transportation Plan (RTP) and the Regional Transportation Improvement Program (RTIP).
