Humboldt County Regional Zero Emission Fleet Transition and Infrastructure Plan
HCAOG is inviting interested parties to submit proposals for providing services to complete the Humboldt County Regional Zero Emission Fleet Transition and Infrastructure Plan. HCAOG would like to retain the professional services of a qualified professional and/or firm, or team of professionals and/or firms, to assist in this project. HCAOG is seeking those with expertise in planning for government agency fleets to meet California Air Resources Board (CARB) Advanced Clean Fleets Regulations; municipal government fleet duty cycle analysis; transportation electrification and hydrogen fuel-cell vehicle use feasibility.
